Global Roots.

The bridge between China and the West represented by Choy-Valentine is epitomized by the cultural traditions of its two founders.

The international character of Choy-Valentine is embodied in the heritage of its founders, Felicia Choy and Graham Valentine. With cultural roots in the East and West, and backgrounds in engineering and sales, respectively, the two principals bring the ideal combination of subject matter expertise and cultural understanding to the most critical issues of international business training and management.

Whether for U.S. and Western European multinational companies looking to build successful and sustainable businesses in China, or Chinese multinational companies seeking to do the same in the West, Choy-Valentine is the premier developer of effective leaders and teams for global organizations.

Each of the principals has over 25 years each of international leadership experience, enabling them to do for their clients what they did for themselves in founding Choy-Valentine: merge complementary skills in the service of training successful leaders across the scope of international business.
